离岸品质、离岸重量


　　离岸品质、离岸重量国际货物买卖合同中有关商品检验时间与地点的规定方法之一。指出口货物在装运港装船前，以双方约定的商检机构验货后出具的品质、重量(数量)和包装等检验证明，作为决定商品品质和重量的最后依据。 离岸重量、离岸品质一般就意味着所交货物的品质与数量同合同的规定相符。如果货物离开装运港品质发生变动，买方就无权向卖方提出任何异议，从而否定了他对货物的复验权。至于风险转移后，货物在运输途中所发生的货损，买方仍有权向责任方提出索赔。这种规定方法在货物买卖中对出口商比较有利，买方有时不易接受这样的条款，特别是在使用信用证支付方式，或使用CIF贸易术语时更是如此。
